Titan Oil is a Singapore-incorporated holding company with shareholdings in the Hong Kong-listed Titan Petrochemicals Group (48.59%) and Titan Quanzhou Maritime Institute (wholly-owned).
Incorporated in January 1996, its investments are involved in oil transportation, storage, supply, distribution, shipbuilding and ship-repairing. Headquartered in Singapore, its main business operations are in Asia Pacific and China.
