Through internationally-accepted tertiary and diploma courses as well as other studies, the institute will nurture and turn out top-flight personnel for the industry at home and abroad, put Quanzhou on the maritime and academic maps while at the same time ensure a steady supply of highly trained and motivated personnel for the Group's shipping, shipyard, storage and terminal facilities.

In keeping with its commitment to social responsibility Titan aims to develop the academy into one of the world's premier maritime establishments, staffed by internationally acclaimed personnel and adopting the highest standards of academic excellence. Its graduates will also be available to the shipping world at large.
