Titan Oil is a Singapore-incorporated holding company with shareholdings in the Hong Kong-listed Titan Petrochemicals Group (48.59%) and Titan Quanzhou Maritime Institute (wholly-owned).

Incorporated in January 1996, its investments are involved in oil transportation, storage, supply, distribution, shipbuilding and ship-repairing. Headquartered in Singapore, its main business operations are in Asia Pacific and China.

In 1998 Titan Oil was awarded the "Global Trader Programme Certificate" by Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industry; in 2002 it won the "Singapore 1000" award and made a statutory member of the Singapore Business Federation.

In 2005 Titan Oil was ranked 16th among the top 100 in the "Outstanding Overall Achievement - Singapore Industrial 100 Ranking" award. It was also awarded the 50th Fastest Growing SME by IE Singapore and SPRING Singapore.
